• Fixing Space & Booking Issues for Societies

  • Advocating for a transparent society booking system to prevent double bookings and last-minute cancellations.

  • Securing dedicated spaces for societies, including storage solutions for long-term sustainability.

  • Enhancing security measures in key student spaces like Cordukes and the library.

• Protecting & Expanding Society Funding

  • Launching a Society Sponsorship & Grants Guide to help societies access external funding.

  • Providing training sessions on sponsorship negotiation, financial management, and sustainability planning.

  • Ensuring societies have a structured approach to maintain financial stability year after year.

• Increasing Society Visibility & Collaboration

  • Introducing a "Society Spotlight" Campaign to promote societies on digital screens, SU platforms, and newsletters.

  • Establishing a termly Society Collaboration Forum to encourage joint events and networking.

  • Strengthening SU support by ensuring society events are actively promoted on SU platforms, including the website and upcoming app.

• Recognizing & Rewarding Student Leadership
